TILT: The Information Literacy Tutorial
|
TILT is designed to introduce
students to research sources and skills. The tutorial offers an
introduction and three modules, which you can complete in any order.
Each should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Whether this
site introduces new information or is a review, these fundamental
concepts will be useful for any type of research you may do and will
contribute to your success as a student. |
Toolkit for Success
|
Designed to help teachers/faculty and librarians work together to address the
information literacy needs of their at-risk high school and community college students.
In order to make the most effective use of the resources, it is important that the
components be integrated into the course curriculum. While the toolkit targets
at-risk students in their first year of community college, most high school and college
students can benefit from assessment and instruction that focuses on basic information literacy skills.
