The Cardinal Creation Center at the Norwood Cole Library is a space where current students can gather to create materials to support their teaching and learning.
The higher education information technology association (Educause), defines these spaces, also known as “makerspaces” as “zones of self-directed learning, providing a physical laboratory for inquiry-based learning and validating the drive for discovery that defines the researcher and the scholar.”
The Skagit Valley College library VR headsets are provided for immersive learning using content that aids you in your studies. Games not included in our content list need to be approved for use. Suggestions for content are always welcome.
