Links and materials related to potential changes at the federal, state, community, and college levels.

What is this guide for?

This guide provides resources for faculty who are navigating classroom changes and challenges related to the outcomes of the 2025 election.

Resources include guidance on classroom practices, teaching tools, legal information, and federal and state resources.

Meetings

Members of Instructional Leadership, the Faculty Union, and the Office of Equity and Inclusion invite will hold on-going sessions to discuss Resources for Navigating Change and Challenges. The transition to a new federal administration in January will bring many pressures to our community campus and classrooms. The ongoing Resources for Navigating Change and Challenges sessions will be a faculty space to collectively navigate these pressures together.

Objectives of On-Going Sessions

  • Provide up-to-date information related to maintaining a classroom environment that is safe, supportive, and enhances belonging
  • Provide space for faculty to discuss and problem-solve challenging classroom scenarios
  • Centralize teaching and learning resources in the form of a Canvas shell and LibGuide
