ECEAP is Washington's pre-kindergarten program for low-income three- and four-year-old children and their families. To promote school success, ECEAP provides preschool education, family support, and health and nutrition services.
Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (formerly the Infant and Toddler Early Intervention Program or ITEIP) provides services to children birth to 3 who have disabilities and/or developmental delays. Eligible infants and toddlers and their families are entitled to individualized, quality early intervention services in accordance with the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part C.
NAEYC promotes the education of young children. Resource providing a selection of books, brochures, posters, and multimedia useful to anyone involved in early childhood education. Publishes the peer-reviewed journal YOUNG CHILDREN.
