Lifeline is the Federal Communications Commission’s program to make communications services accessible to low-income consumers in Washington State. Lifeline provides subscribers a discount on monthly telephone service, broadband Internet access service, or voice-broadband bundled service purchased from participating providers

Century Link Lifeline
Century Link offers a discount of about $10 per month on internet or phone service for people who participate in certain federally funded programs or meet income requirements. Service is provided through telephone lines. This program may be helpful for people who live outside the coverage area of other service providers.
