Requesting Refunds of Library fees
Refunds are issued for patrons who have paid for library materials (non-media materials), and have later found the materials and returned them to the library in good condition. Patrons have up to 2 years from the date of the receipt to return the item for a refund. Patrons need to present their original receipt of payment when requesting a refund. After two years, no refund will be given for returned library materials in good condition.
NOTE: Once replacement orders have been made for library media (laptops and their peripherals; kindles), refunds will not be provided.
