Library Instruction

Librarians are available on both campuses for in-person and other forms of instruction.

When requesting in-person instruction sessions, consider scheduling them at least one week in advance, if not several, so library faculty have time to prepare.

Open Educational Resources (OER)

• Library Resource Guides that assist with OER.
• Ask for personalized assistance by reaching out to eLearning or a Faculty Librarian.

Canvas

• Canvas Commons Library Modules: A variety of library and research content that can be imported into your Canvas Classes.
• Video: Search SVC Streaming Videos and embed them into your Canvas class.

Video Tutorials

• We have a variety of video tutorials available on accessing and using SVC library resources.
