Community BorrowersCommunity Borrowers who are residents of Skagit, Island, and San Juan counties, and are 16 and older are eligible to receive limited library borrower privileges.
Reciprocal BorrowersFor current registered students and faculty of Western Washington University, NW Indian College, & all Washington state community and technical colleges in accordance with a reciprocal agreement between the schools.
